Suitable for all applications using compressed air, the air tanks are used for several reasons. They can store high quantity of air to meet instant needs, they can also compensate the pressure differences to guarantee a stable air flow. The WORTHINGTON CREYSSENSAC air tanks are designed to lower the risk of condensates formation. The tiny quantity of harmful water and oil residues, the condensates, will be separated and collected. 3 types of tanks are available: painted, galvanized and vitroflex. The type of tank is chosen according to the needs. A galvanized tank is protected against corrosion, while the vitroflex, with its interior lined with vitreous enamel, is more resistant to water and steam. Finally, the most commonly recommended tank is the painted type, if it is not used in extreme climatic conditions.
