PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Right Solution for Pure and Clean Air

During the compression process, a compressor turns humidity in the intake air into condensate, which can lead to wear, corrosion, and costly interruptions. The DB adsorption dryers effectively remove residual water content, ensuring clean, dry air that protects the air network from corrosion, rust, and leakages. This results in higher final product quality and increased overall productivity.

Compact and ready to install, the DB range offers solutions like integrated filtration and multiport inlet and outlet designs for seamless integration. User-friendly features, such as a communication display, indicate air quality and maintenance needs, while advanced control options minimise energy consumption. With long maintenance intervals, reduced risks of wear, and an extended lifetime for pneumatic equipment, the DB adsorption dryers provide a reliable and cost-efficient solution for clean air systems.

Advanced Adsorption Drying

The DB adsorption dryers use desiccant material to absorb water vapour, with filters before and after the dryer for protection. It features a Pressure Dew Point (PDP) sensor, optimising the drying cycle by switching columns only when necessary. This reduces purge air consumption, maintains a constant dew point of -40°C, and minimises energy costs while ensuring reliable air quality.
