The noise level of traditional piston compressors exceeds maximum 80 dBa authorized in workshops, thus they must be installed in a separate room. On the other hand, WORTHINGTON CREYSSENSAC soundproof screw and piston compressors can be installed directly at the workplace.
Depending on models, a direct drive via a single phase motor with low consumption or a belt drive via a low speed compressor head will ensure optimal efficiency.
